Returns Policy

Goods can only be returned up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery.
Products are returned at your own cost, unused and undamaged in their original packaging.
The goods will remain your responsibility until the goods have been received at Alklear Oral Spray returns shipping depot address.
For returns to be processed and refunded, you need to complete the online returns form and clearly attach the resulting form to the outside of the goods.
Goods must be returned unopened, full content. We cannot offer any refunds on partially used goods.
Refunds don’t include delivery charges.
Alklear Oral Spray will endeavour to process all returns within 3 working days of receipt of the return.
Please note we will decline a refund if the original packaging has been tampered or opened as this will not be accepted, we hope you understand the importance of issues around health and safety that we ensure to all our customers full satisfaction guarantee.
All goods are fully inspected before and after packaging before being signed off by our senior dispatch team before leaving our depot to ensure to avoid any issues in the first instance.
